4. Identity Documents (Internship Applications)

National ID and Student ID files uploaded as part of an internship application are stored on a private, non-public server location. They are accessible only to authorised Naidvar Technologies staff involved in the recruitment process. Documents are retained for a maximum of 12 months after the application is closed, after which they are securely deleted.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: trusted third-party tools (e.g. hosting, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
